The program is founded with the aim and objectives of helping talented people who have a way to help their community or the continent at large.
The program is slated to last for 10years with the target of 100african who would have been well stabilized by then.

Eligibility factors
The following are factors you must meet to be eligible for this grant.
- You must be a citizen of any of the 52 African countries or probably your grandparents are from Africa.
- You must be the pioneer of the business or at least, a co-founder.
- Your company must be registered in an African country and basically, the company must be operated in Africa.
- The business should have been established for at least 3 years and must have the revenue to show.
How the Africa business hero competition program picks its winners.
It’s quite important we note and remember that this grant isn’t free because it’s a competition. We have a lot of applicants applying for this opportunity every year and the following are the ways winners are picked by the organization.
- After your register, an online review will be carried out on your submitted information. This will be done by two experts.
- 50 applicants will be picked with whatsoever requirement set by the organization.
- The 50 applicants picked will be interviewed via video calls by an expert for 1hr.
- 20 applicants will later be picked from the previous 50 and then interviewed again by How the Africa hero competition partner (price water house coopers).
- 10 will be disqualified based on their requirements and the rest are probably the winners.
